How do I recharge my Prepay account?
You can recharge in 2 ways:

By purchasing a recharge voucher from a recharge outlet
2.
By going online at www.revtel.com.au and following the prompts under recharge.
When can I recharge my Prepay account?
When you can recharge your prepay account depends on what method you are using:
1.
Via a recharge outlet - 24x7
2.
Via the website - Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm EST.
How will I know when to recharge?
Notification will be provided in the following ways when your account balance is becoming low:
Low Account Balance: If you are using your phone when your account balance falls below $1, you will receive an SMS to alert you that your call credits are low and that you may want to recharge.
Low call time: If you are using your phone when your account balance falls to a level where it only contains enough call credits for a further 60 seconds of call time on your current call, you will receive an SMS to alert you that your call credits are low and that you may want to recharge.
First call of the day: If your account balance is below $5 you will hear a recorded message when you make the first call of the day, informing you that your account balance is low and that you may want to recharge.
We recommend that you call the account balance line on 126036 to check your account balance regularly.
Where do I find the recharge PIN code on my recharge voucher?
The PIN code that is required to activate your Prepay credits is located on the front of the voucher you receive. Simply dial 126056 from your handset and follow the prompts to activate your credits.
Can more than one recharge voucher be purchased and activated on the same day?
Yes, up to the value of $100.
Is there a maximum recharge amount?
Yes, there is a $200 per month maximum for credit card recharges. Should you need more than this amount, please contact Customer Care.
Is there a minimum recharge amount?
Yes, there is a $10 minimum recharge.
If I do not recharge my Revolution Prepay within a certain time period will I be disconnected?
Your call credits expire after 60 days. If your balance falls to zero, currently a 30 day grace period is provided for you to recharge where you will be able to receive calls only before your number is disconnected from the network.
Note: You will still be able to make outgoing emergency calls during all grace periods.
