Calls to local and national numbers:	10c per 30 seconds+ 20c flagfall
Calls to Australian mobile numbers:	10c per 30 seconds + 20c flagfall
SMS:	15c per message sent (up to 160 characters)
MMS:	75c per message
Voicemail retrieval (121):	10c per 30 seconds, no flagfall charge
Account balance (126036):	10c flagfall
Recharge line (126056):	Free
Last 3 calls line (126062):	10c flagfall
Customer Care (126086):	$2.00 flagfall 10c per 30 seconds (from your mobile)
Customer Care (1900 999 026):	$1.95/min (from a landline)
International:	Click here for International Call Rates
Emergency calls to 000/112:	Free

These small fees help us to keep our call rates so low:

Recharge fee:

50c per recharge

Tip: The 50c recharge fee stays the same whether you top up with $10 or $100, so top up with more if you want to save some cents!

Other charges:

A charge applies if you want to swap your number, or if you need to replace your SIM. If the SIM is faulty, we will replace it free of charge.
