What is a call credit expiry?
The call credit expiry is the length of time you have to use your call credits before you forfeit the remaining credits.
You will only lose your remaining call credits if you do not recharge before your call credits expire.
How long before my credits expire?
Your call credits expire after 60 days. You would need to recharge before the 60 days are up in order to keep your remaining call credits.
The call credit expiry period of 60 days is from the date that the recharge was added to your account.
What happens to my existing call credits?
If you do not recharge within the call credit expiry period then you will forfeit your existing call credits.
If you did recharge before your call credits expire then any remaining credits will roll over to the next call credit expiry period.
For example, if you had $12 left on your account and recharged with another $20 before your call credits expire, then the remaining $12 as well as the new $20 recharge will roll over to the next call credit expire period.
I was on the auto top up deal, what happens to it now?
Unfortunately we no longer have the auto top up facility. If you still had monthly instalments to go before paying off the mandatory 4 x $20 payments, then this will continue until it has been fully paid.
If you have already paid the 4 x $20 payments then the auto top ups will cease and you will need to recharge manually online or purchase a Rev Up recharge voucher from an outlet when needed.
How do I check when my call credits expire?
You can check when your call credits expire by calling the account balance line on 126 036 (10 cent call). It will give you your current account balance and then a call credit expiry date.
